BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

The location is perfect! Walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in about 5 minutes and the newly renovated International Marketplace in about 5-7 minutes. All of Waikiki's best beaches are just a few minutes walk away!
Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the sauna and jet spa. Have a quick workout in the gym before you swim too!
Experience the fun and sun, the food and nightlife, and “The View” with much Aloha here at the Island Colony.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

I booked a trip to this spot, and it was honestly everything I needed. The place was clean, the view was excellent, and everything worked great. I also loved the balcony area to lounge on each day. The building has a couple of perks, like the pool, shop, cafe, and even a rental car place just around the corner. It made it really easy to walk to the beach and other activities in between. I definitely would recommend it!

This is the first time that we rent a place in Honolulu and we love it ,very close to the Waikiki beach probably 7 m walk ,so many restaurants around ,stores very good locations recommended for families

Comfortable and well-decorated condo. The couch in the living room pulls out and has a very comfortable bed. I spent my days surfing and eating delicious seafood - highly recommend Paia Fish Market which is approx a 4 minute walk away. This condo is in an ideal location - I literally could walk to the beach and surf at any time. Made for a really relaxing trip - great food, shopping and ice cream all super close to this place. The gym looked nice but I spent most of my time in the pool and at the beach.
