Caring for and giving back to the places we love...

As a family-run and operated business, we live, love and call Hawaii our home.

Vacation rentals offer a distinct experience compared to hotels. While many hotels are often owned by large, foreign investors with no deep ties to Hawaii—meaning profits often leave the islands—our vacation rentals are independently owned homes. This allows us to establish deeper roots in the local community and contribute in meaningful ways.

We understand the challenges our community and economy face, and we recognize the importance of supporting them. Vacation rentals provide visitors with a unique opportunity to experience a different side of the island, one that offers a deeper connection to the local community.

However, with this privilege comes the responsibility to respect and support that community.

We believe that together, we can give back in many ways, and we invite you to join us in these efforts.

As a company and as individuals, we are committed to continually finding new ways to support and uplift our islands. This is just the beginning of our journey, and we look forward to growing these efforts in the future.

Some of the positive changes we have implemented:

  • We donate gently used linens, blankets, kitchenware and other household items to local homeless communities and non-profits. Many of these items are repurposed in rehousing projects, helping individuals rebuild their lives.
  • We donate leftover non-perishable food items from our guests to local food banks and homeless shelters, ensuring that surplus goods benefit those in need.
  • We have changed our operations to be more environmentally sustainable by transitioning to electronic systems, reducing our paper waste by 90%.
  • We have replaced plastic water bottles given to guests upon arrival with 100% Recyclable and Sustainable,

Aloha Box Water, eliminating over 12,000 plastic bottles each year.

What we are working on next!

  • We are working on replacing all mini plastic amenities with that of zero waste, locally provided amenities!

We hope you’ll be inspired to join us in supporting our islands and community during your stay in Hawaii.

Whether by donating excess food at the end of your visit, contributing funds, or volunteering your time with a local organization, every effort helps make a difference.
