Breathtaking residence on the coveted outer rim of the Cottages at Mauna Olu development. Two story open floor plan with airy high ceilings and exquisite finishings throughout the residence. Open concept kitchen with stone counters and kitchen island for more entertaining. This home boasts additional features including an outdoor Gazebo seating, jacuzzi, and BBQ grill providing the comforts of a sheltered lanai, while enjoying the gorgeous unobstructed 180 degree view of Makaha Valley and all the way down to the ocean! Owner tastefully decorated the house with custom furniture pieces, tropical mural & artwork, which really gives you the "homie" aloha spirit one should feel when visiting West Oahu. We can't really express the feeling you will have with a morning coffee, or sunset bbq, paired with the view this unique vacation rental has to share with the world. Enjoy this paradise vacation home miles away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Revel in the serenity off living off the beaten path in isolated Makaha Valley. For dining options close by may we recommend the Beach House By 604 (see pics) for great food and amazing ocean views as well as the Makaha Valley Country club which is located just down the road from this home.

*Please note this home has Split Air Conditioners in each bedroom. It does not have Air Conditioning downstairs, however much of the year Makaha Valley is blessed with the cool tropical trade-winds, and there are quality ceiling fans throughout this home.
House comfortably can sleep 9-10 guests, as there are 3 Queen beds in the bedrooms, a bunk bed with a Full & Twin, and a Queen sofa Sleeper in the living room.

Garage has a game room for entertainment as well, the kids or adults can play a basketball shooting game, & Foosball!! There are also classic board games for family fun as well!

The cottages at Mauna Olu are a newly developed family oriented gated community with 24 hour security on Oahu's famous west side.  The 26 acre community features 118 homes situated within the breathtaking Makaha Valley, and is located at the foot of Mount Kaala of the Waianae Mountain Range, the tallest mountain on Oahu.  Makaha Valley is one of the largest on the leeward coast. Mauna Olu is the perfect getaway from urban city life, ideal for enjoying peaceful starry nights and a resort-like ambiance while preserving a cozy home away from home feeling. World famous Makaha Beach known for its world class surfing is a mere 5 minutes away and frequently boasts some of the best weather on Oahu.  It's also known for incredible snorkeling and scuba diving as well when the waters are calm.
