BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Saturday, November 23rd @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 16th Floor.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

This property had anything you can need for a smaller family! There’s a beautiful pool and jacuzzi at the building that you can enjoy! There’s an awesome view of the canal and city from the patio. The interior is decorated so adorable with Hawaiian art and all of the furniture is a warm wood design too. Can’t say anything bad about this rental!

i was very satisfied with our was very clean & enjoyed our stay there. It was a studio apartment but was very adequate for our stay. Had a balcony as well which we enjoyed. was a short walk to the beach & stores.

This was a nice, compact, place to stay for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat close by (even the lobby!) and a quick walk to Waikiki Beach. Easy check in and out.

The room met expectations - clean, but on the small side. The lanai was larger than I expected, and with chairs there made the room seem larger. The pool was bigger and nicer than I expected. Check-in and -out were smooth. The location is loud, with sirens on Ala Wai Blvd common, but I imagine all of Waikiki is loud.
