BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Saturday, November 23rd @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 34th Floor.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Great downtown Waikiki location with a view of the canal and ocean. It's an easy walk to everything and parking is cheaper than the major hotels. This is the second time we have stayed at one of the properties managed by Ali'i - they are very attentive and easy to work with.

We had a great time, the unit was clean, as well as pool/jacuzzi/sauna. Quiet and felt comfortable. The location and view was amazing and every single staff were very nice. We will come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The property has a great location for all the major bus routes (one short block) and is three block walk to the ocean. We loved the view. The pool and area were clean and attractive.

Great location, minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus. Condo was perfect for us, building has lots of amenities including a small general store was which has lots of basics. Very good communication from owner with detailed instructions. Would stay here again.

the location was great near to restaurants, shops and waikiki beach (walking distance) the condo has a good security for entrance to the property. the parking is in the same condo for a economy fee compare to other public parking.
