This particular property was reserved by the developer himself, so you know that it is the best floor plan, largest flat professionally landscaped yard, and the best views in all of Cottages at Mauna Olu. Enjoy sweeping ocean, mountain and valley views even from the ground floor and back yard. -Please respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community
- Parties, events, or large gatherings at not allowed
-Self-check-in is via a smart lock, and we also provide a separate lockbox for emergency access.
-Guests have access to the entire house and huge private backyard.

Other Things To Note:
-For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target,
and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel.
-A golf course is just a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack.
-World-famous Makaha beach is merely a five-minute drive down the valley.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-
house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers available by
phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

First time for my family in HawaiiI booked the hotel in Waikiki but it wasn’t like the room that felt uncomfortable.I decided to cancel my hotel and booked the Ali’l Beach house sameday before check in ( early in morning 1am ) fast response.The house is excellent comfortable feeling like home. it have everything for vacation houses nice sea view. My family love it a lots, we are very enjoyI recommend this house 100%

We loved staying at this private, newly constructed Airbnb! The views are immaculate, you can actually see the ocean from the master bedroom. The staff at the front gate are super helpful and the location felt safe! The surrounding area is gorgeous for running/walking/hiking and nearby beaches are beautiful!Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook one meal every day while we were there! There are TVs in every room in case you want to escape. The backyard is spacious and the hosts have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable! Highly recommend!

Our stay 2 week stay in this house was like being at home. It accommodated the 10 of us comfortably. When we had a any questions or concerns the hosts replied quickly with helpfull answers. Maintainance came quickly a couple of times to assist us with small fixes and to explain the garbage. There was no recycle during our stay. All of the appliances, furniture, and accessories in this home where in great condition. We felt as though some additional cleaning supplies (dishcloth and disinfectant) would have been beneficial for us to use to maintian it in the condition it was when we arived. The location was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and peaceful in a gated community. The security at the gate where friendly and accommodating, while making us feel safe. The weather and the nearby beaches was some of the best while we stayed on the island. The local restaurants and grocery store had all we needed and we felt a part of the community.We would stay again, no question in our mind.

I absolutely loved our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer, but this was just a mini stay-cation to celebrate my birthday. House was beyond expectations. Location was perfect. Supposedly, it was a weekend of downpours and floods across the rest of the island, but it only lightly rained a few times for us. The lawn games and ping-pong table were a blast! Would 100% recommend.

The house was just as pictured with all the amenities, including beach gear (ie: chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, ice chests, and beach towels). The house was a little away from a lot of the tourist locations, but worth the drive for the beauty and privacy of it's location.

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 keiki. Plenty of room and a great backyard. Great sunset every evening. Mahalo to the staff who immediately responded to questions. Only issue was the internet went out but came out on Easter to fix it.

The internet did go out a few times, which based on past reviews has happened before, but it was only disruptive to the kids, who were told to go play outside in the beautiful backyard. Plenty of room and space, would definitely recommend.

The rental was everything they described and more! It had everything we needed as far as towels, beach chairs and even snorkeling equipment! Although the house was pretty far from the city and other activities we did, it was well worth the stay and the immaculate views from the back yard! Would highly recommend this rental to anyone!
